Q: How do I book?

You can now check availability and book directly via our website, this is the quickest and easiest way or you can give us a buzz! We love to chat so please feel free to call anytime! Our team are also on standby to answer emails too.

 

Q: Can you provide someone to supervise the equipment I have hired?

Yes, we can provide members of staff to supervise. This is more common in public / corporate events, just let us know you require supervision and we will add this to your quotation. If you require supervision for private occasions then please give us a call.

 

Q: How much notice should I give?

No notice is required however it is strongly advisable to book as early as possible, especially if you wish to hire popular themed inflatables, we do get booked up (especially during summer time). Last minute? We will always try and be as flexible as possible so please give us a call you might be in luck!

 

Q: How much does it cost?

Our prices can be seen on every product page we have available to hire, we strongly believe we offer fair and very competitive prices. If you can find the same product cheaper elsewhere then please do give us a call - we will aim to beat any other genuine quote that you have received. We’re good like that.

 

Q: Is there an age limit for using the bouncy castles?

Yes, most of our castles are only suitable for children up to the age of 12 years. However, we do have a range of adult bouncy castles that are suitable for all ages. But please note on any adult inflatable there will be a surcharge of £20.00 for adult usage to cover insurance costs.

 

Q: Does the equipment create much noise?

All our inflatable equipment requires constant airflow from an inflation fan - this does create some noise however we do use the latest high end fans on the market to keep noise to a minimum. You might want to check with your venue to make sure the noise isn’t going to be an issue. Oh and bear in mind that using a generator will be more noisy than electricity run inflatables.

 

Q: What's included in the price?

The price includes us to deliver, setup and collect your chosen inflatable, we supply everything you will need to hire a bouncy castle - safety matting for getting on and off the castle, electric fan, ground pegs and public liability insurance.

 

Q: How much public liability cover do you have?

We have £5 million coverage and are licensed to trade at both private and public events (including licensed premises).

 

Q: When are your castles available?

You can hire form us at anytime, our inflatables are available seven days a week. Just simply check availability and book directly online or give us a buzz!

 

Q: Can I keep the product overnight?

Sorry, overnight hire is not available.

 

Q: If I hire a bouncy castle for just one day when is the latest you can pick it up?

Generally you can keep it until sunset (approx. 9pm in summer months) however under certain circumstances we may have to charge extra for a late pick-up.

 

Q: Do I pay a deposit?

No deposits are needed to book just simply pay and play on the day itself.

 

Q: What if it rains?

Unfortunately due to safety reasons our inflatables cannot be used in wet or windy conditions as safety is paramount! Please give us a call and we will happily explain in more detail.

 

Q: Are their any height restrictions?

Yes, however these vary depending on what inflatable you require. Please contact us for more information.

 

Q: Can mixed age groups use the bouncy castle?

No, unfortunately different age groups cannot use our bouncy castles at the same time as this would void out public liability insurance. Plus it is unsafe for adults and children to bounce at the same time due to weight differences.

 

Q: Do I need to provide anything?

Sometimes, to form part of the hire agreement you may need to show us one form of photo ID which states your address (for example a driving license).

 

Q: Who happens if I need to cancel or amend a booking?

We can fully appreciate things happen in life and plans may have to be changed as a result, so if you wish to cancel your booking with us, we would appreciate it if you could let us know ASAP but no later then 48hrs before the day of hire. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation charge. If you wish to amend your booking please let us know ASAP and we will try our best to meet your requirements.

 

Q: Can you hold the bouncy castle for me until I find a venue or decide on what I actually wish to hire?

Unfortunately not, we really do have to work on a first come first serve basis therefore the only way to secure the inflatable you wish to hire is by booking in with us and receiving your booking confirmation email. So please only book when you have your party plans, times and venue finalised. That way it's fair for everyone.
